By creating a Bring-Am account, downloading our app, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bring-Am. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts that violate our terms

  • Browse available restaurants and menus on the Bring-Am app

  • Add items to your cart with any special instructions or modifications

  • Select your delivery address

  • Choose your payment method

  • Review your order summary and place your order


3.2 Order Acceptance

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by the restaurant

  • Restaurants may decline orders due to ingredient availability, high volume, or other operational reasons

  • We will notify you immediately if your order is declined and process a full refund


3.3 Order Confirmation

Once accepted, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation notification

  • Estimated preparation time

  • Estimated delivery time

  • Assigned rider information (when available)


3.4 Order Modifications

  • You cannot modify your order after the restaurant has accepted it

  • To make changes, you must cancel the existing order (if permitted) and place a new one


3.5 Order Cancellation

Before Restaurant Acceptance:

  • You may cancel for a full refund

After Restaurant Acceptance, Before Rider Pickup:

  • Cancellation may incur a fee of up to 30% of the order value

  • The restaurant may have already started preparing your food

After Rider Pickup:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • No refund will be issued

  • You must provide an accurate, complete delivery address

  • Include apartment numbers, building names, and any access instructions

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order

  • Orders delivered to the address you provided are considered successfully delivered, even if received by the wrong person

Delivery fees may increase during high-demand periods, bad weather, or peak hours. You will see the total cost before confirming your order.

  • Bank transfers

  • Bring-Am wallet credit


4.4 Payment Authorization

By placing an order, you authorize Bring-Am to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.


4.5 Payment Processing

  • For cash on delivery, payment is due to the rider upon delivery

  • Failed payments will result in order cancellation

If you are unavailable:

  • The rider will attempt to contact you by phone

  • If unreachable after multiple attempts (typically 3 calls over 10 minutes), the order may be marked as delivered or cancelled

  • No refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability


5.4 Incorrect Address

If you provided an incorrect address:

  • Additional delivery fees may apply to reroute the order

  • If the distance is significant, the order may be cancelled without refund

  • Always verify your delivery address before confirming your order

You may request contactless delivery. The rider will leave your order at your door and notify you. You are responsible for retrieving the order promptly.

If there's a problem with your order, report it immediately through:

  • The "Help" section in the app

  • Our customer support line

Types of issues to report:

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Food quality concerns

  • Spillage or damaged packaging

  • Allergen concerns


6.3 Evidence Requirements

For quality complaints, please provide:

  • Photos of the problematic items

  • Photos of the entire order

  • Report within 2 hours of delivery

  • Discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or any protected characteristic

  • Make unwanted sexual advances or comments

  • Request riders to perform tasks outside their delivery duties

  • Offer or request services outside the Bring-Am platform

  • Ordering food with no intention to pay

  • Claiming false refunds or chargebacks
